Instructions
  1. In the bread pan of your breadmaker, add the ingredients one at a time (in the order given), layering as you go. Place the bread pan into the machine and process on the dough setting according to the manufacturer’s directions. This setting will mix the ingredients, knead the dough, and let it rise right in the bread machine, so you can relax and let the machine do all the work.
  2. When the dough cycle has finished, remove the pan and turn the dough out onto a lightly floured work surface. Roll the dough into a 15″ x 9″ rectangle.
  3. Spread softened butter evenly over the rectangle of dough. Stir cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle evenly over the buttered dough.
  4. Starting at the 15″ side, roll the dough tightly into a log. Pinch along the seam in order to seal the edge. Stretch and shape roll until it is an even 15″ log shape.
  5. Using a serrated knife, gently cut the dough into 8 even slices. Arrange in a lightly greased 9″ x 12″ x 2″ baking pan, spacing evenly. Cover and let rise in a warm, draft-free location until the cinnamon rolls have doubled in size; this will take about 40 minutes, depending on how warm your kitchen is.
  6. Preheat oven to 375° F. Bake the cinnamon rolls on the center rack for about 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove the pan to wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes.
While the Cinnamon Rolls are Baking Make the Icing:
  1. Combine powdered sugar, butter, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Place in a ziptop baggie; seal the top and snip a small corner off the bottom of the bag. Drizzle icing over warm rolls and serve immediately.

Woah! I’m really digging the template/theme of this site. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s very difficult to get that “perfect balance” between user friendliness and visual appearance. I must say you have done a excellent job with this. Additionally, the blog loads extremely quick for me on Firefox. Excellent Blog!
