White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
These cookies are soft baked for a light crispy exterior and slightly chewy interior. White chocolate and smooth, buttery Macadamia nuts make for a decadent combination.

roughly chopped
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 350° F
Cream butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until very fluffy.
Add vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking, soda, and salt. Slowly add flour mixture to butter mixture, just until combined.
Stir in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
Drop dough, about 1-1/2" ball, onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 - 14 minutes until just set and lightly golden.
Cool completely on wire racks.
