Christmas Pudding Cookies
Theses cookies require no decorating to make them perfect for your Christmas cookie tray. The red and green M&M candies are always a hit, but combined with white chocolate morsels, these cookies are amazing. These are always a favorite, not only because they’re so scrumptious, but also because they’re so quick and easy to make. Perfect for holiday cookie baking!

- 2-1/2 cups flour
- 1-1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 box Jell-O™ vanilla instant pudding and pie filling (4 serving size)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups M&Ms, green and red
- 1 cup white chocolate baking chips

- Heat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar, using an electric mixer on medium speed for approximately 1 minute or until the batter is fluffy. Occasionally scrape down the sides of the bowl. Beat in the dry pudding mix. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition, just until smooth. Beat in the vanilla extract. On low speed, gradually mix the flour mixture into the butter mixture until it is well blended. Stir in the M&Ms and white chocolate baking chips by hand.
- On an ungreased cookie sheet, drop the dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until the cookies are light brown. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets before moving them to a cooling rack. Cool completely. Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
Notes For Christmas Pudding Cookies:
The pudding mix is added to the cookie dough in its dry form. DO NOT prepare the pudding mix before adding it in this recipe.
You can have a lot of fun with these yummy cookies. Change up the color of M&Ms you use, depending on the season, holiday or your own personal preference.
