Maple Glazed Pork Loin Roast
This is definitely one of my favorite ways to prepare a pork loin. It’s so easy, yet the results are always a juicy succulent roast that is incredibly tender and flavorful. It’s such an easy, no-fuss way to prepare a pork loin roast. Of course, as the pork cooks slowly in it’s own juices, it not only keeps the meat tender, but it also locks in all of the flavor. As an added benefit, I have plenty of time to make some sides or relax with a cup of coffee. Easy dinner with spectacular results.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium high heat until sizzling hot and just starting to smoke.
- As the oil is heating, season the pork loin roast with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper; then dredge the pork loin in flour. Shake off any excess flour.

- Place a large sheet of aluminum foil on top of a baking sheet. Place the loin on the foil and set aside.
- Combine the maple syrup, ketchup, water, and minced garlic. Pour about 3/4 of the sauce over the pork loin. Wrap the foil around pork and seal tightly to form a snug package.
- Bake in a 350° F oven for about 2 hours, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 170° F.
- Carefully unwrap the foil from around the loin and broil for a few minutes to glaze the meat.
- Serve with the reserved sauce.
