Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
My family could eat beef stroganoff any day of the year, but there’s definitely something wonderful about coming home and having this flavorful slow cooker dinner ready to serve. I usually serve stroganoff over egg noodles, but it would also be great over some white rice. Add a vegetable or a salad, and you have a delicious and filling meal that is kid-friendly as well as budget-friendly!
A wonderful beef stroganoff recipe that you can make in your slow cooker. There's nothing quite as comforting as coming home to a delicious dinner that's just waiting for you. It's easy to prep, then just let it cook slowly throughout the day. A hot and hearty meal that the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1 lb cubed beef stew meat
- 2 10.75 ounce cans condensed golden mushroom soup*
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese

Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the stew meat, condensed soup, onion, bouillon cube, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and water. Stir to combine well.
- Cook on Low setting for 6 to 8 hours, or on High setting for about 4 to 5 hours. Just before serving, stir in the sour cream and cream cheese.
Recipe Notes
For best flavor, don't substitute cream of mushroom soup for the golden mushroom soup. There is a difference.

Delicious served over egg noodles or rice.
