It’s definitely a special indulgence that will require a little self-control and moderation. Something for a cold winter afternoon or to enjoy as a wonderful treat for a special occasion. Clearly, this is not a diet beverage, but you could easily substitute whole milk or even reduced fat milk for part of the heavy cream or half and half, but . . .  well, that’s a personal decision, sometimes you just have to go all in.

Here’s the original recipe and I’ll let you make any modifications you feel are necessary. Just do me a favor and at least try it with all its creamy deliciousness before you begin to tweak the recipe. There’s nothing wrong with the occasional indulgence!
