How to Make Crepes
Delicious crepes that are quick and easy to make and can be used for a wide variety of desserts or as a breakfast pancake filled with fruit fillings.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 c milk
1/2 c water
1 c flour
1 T confectioner’s sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 T butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and water.
- Combine flour, sugar and salt together in a small bowl.
- Whisk flour mixture into eggs until well blended. Add butter and vanilla and combine thoroughly.
To Cook Crepes:
Melt 2 T butter in small dish. Heat a small skillet over medium heat and brush with melted butter. Add 1/4 c crepe batter and immediately swirl pan to coat entire bottom. Let crepe cook until set, then turn over and lightly brown on other side. If you prefer you can use a crepe maker for perfect crepes every time.
To Serve Crepes:
Crepes make an ideal dessert and can be filled with any of your favorite fillings. Some of our favorite fillings include strawberry sauce, blueberry sauce or apple topping. Other great options include Nutella and bananas, or simply dusted with confectioner’s sugar.
