Luscious Lemon
A deliciously refreshing lemon beverage made wtih frozen lemonade concentrate and coconut milk. A tropical delight the whole family will love!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
2 lemon rind twists, for garnish (optional)
1 cup coconut milk

Directions:
- Place ice in a blender and pulse until crushed.
- Add coconut milk and lemonade concentrate and process on high speed until combined.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with an optional lemon twist, if desired.
