Peanut Butter Blossoms

The classic pairing of chocolate and creamy peanut butter is always a hit. These cookies are so simple to make, but they’re also the cookies everyone’s goes for first. I like to make several batches of these throughout the Christmas season, they’re perfect for gift giving, cookie exchanges, holiday parties, and as a special treat after a long day of shopping.
