Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

My family could eat beef stroganoff any day of the year, but there’s definitely something wonderful about coming home and having this flavorful slow cooker dinner ready to serve. I usually serve stroganoff over egg noodles, but it would also be great over some white rice. Add a vegetable or a salad, and you have a delicious and filling meal that is kid-friendly as well as budget-friendly!
