Spritz Cookies are definitely delicious as well as easy to make. They only require a few simple ingredients, but you will need a good quality cookie press if you want to get well formed cookies. This is the cookie press I use, and I love it, but there are plenty of other options. Just choose a press that is easy to handle and that will give your finished cookies a clean look.
