- Prepare the baked meatball recipe as directed, except omit the mini baking pans.
- Place meatballs in a hot skillet and slightly flatten balls to make round discs that will fit on your buns. Fry on medium-high heat until cooked through.
- Place hot meatballs on buns, top with sauce and fresh mozzarella.
